The following are eligible for nomination

   1. A graduate of GRHS who has been out of high school for a minimum of eight years (eight Junes).
   2. Coaches who have coached a minimum of four years at GRHS will be eligible five years after their last year of coaching at GRHS.
   3. An individual who has given meritorious service and/or displayed tremendous loyalty to the athletic programs at GRHS.
*An individual may be considered for enshrinement under special circumstances in lieu of the previously stated criteria.

Nominations will be evaluated on the following criteria.

Accomplishments that carry a lot of weight
   1. Considered among the best ever in his/her sport
   2. Received All-State Recognition
   3. Received All-County Recognition
   4. Was a major contributor to multiple sports (such as a captain)
   5. Was a major contributor to a championship team(s)
   6. Intangibles (such as leadership, toughness, etc.)

Things that should not be a basis of a nomination, but may be useful and should still be included.
   1. All Conference recognition
   2. MVP of a team
   3. School awards such as yearbook “best athlete”
   4. Post GRHS accomplishments
